Smoothly Cutting Arcs and Other Curves (Smoothing)

You can set the curves in cutting data sent to this machine to be smooth. Normally set the height-adjustment lever to "ON". If corner cuts are too round when cutting small text or intricate shapes, set this to "OFF". We recommend that you also set this to "OFF" when you need to increase productivity regardless of quality.

Procedure
  1. Press [MENU] several times to display the following screen.

    When the material is loaded, press [MENU] several times to display the following screen.
    MENU_UNSETUP
  2. Press [▼] several times to display the following screen.
    MENU_OTHERS
  3. Press [▶].
  4. Press [▲][▼] to display the following screen.
    MENU_SMOOTHING-ON
  5. Press [▶].
  6. Press [▲] or [▼] to select "ON" or "OFF".
    MENU_SMOOTHING_ON_ON
  7. Press [ENTER] to select the setting.
  8. Press [MENU] to return to the original screen.
