Setting the Heater/Dryer Temperature

Normally, the settings for the media-drying devices such as the printer's heater and dryer are configured from the printer. For this reason, Use Printer Settings is the default setting for Printer Controls - Heater Controls. In addition, Ignore Default Settings may be the default option depending on the model.

However, you can set the temperature of the heater and dryer while configuring the various settings in VersaWorks.

Depending on the model you are using, this setting may be disabled.
