Unable to Add Jobs or Perform Processing by the RIP/Print (License Not Authenticated)

If the license is not authenticated, you will no longer be able to add jobs or perform processing by the RIP/printing after 60 days have passed since you registered the printer.

Perform license authentication for each printer that you register. Licenses can be authenticated in the following two ways, depending on your usage environment.
  • Online authentication: This is the authentication method used when you are connected to the Internet and Connect Hub is running. If the license authentication window appears when you start up VersaWorks, click on Online Authentication.
  • Offline authentication: This is the authentication method used when you are connected to an intranet or connected one-to-one with a printer. Authorization files must be exchanged via a computer with Internet access. You can click on the Online Authentication in the license authentication screen displayed when starting up VersaWorks to check the details of the work.
