Adjusting the Position and Size of Spot Color Plates

Even when the size in the print data is the same, with actual printing contraction of the media, printer tolerances, and other factors may result in misalignment of the spot color plates (white, primer, gloss, etc.). Misalignment of white is particularly noticeable.

When spot color plate misalignment occurs, correct the misalignment by making fine adjustments to the positions or by expanding/reducing the sizes. Print a test pattern in order to decide the correction values.

Depending on the printer, this function may not be displayed.
