To start the partial execution process, click Partial Execution displayed in the Save Toolpath workflow step, and then click Save Toolpath.

Click Save Toolpath to start the additional output.
The milling options pop-up window opens with a list of all the milling for this job. After selecting the location in which to start the job, you can select/clear the milling operations to output to the final file, giving you total control on how to output the file. After selecting all the options, select the check mark to continue.
When the file is output, you are notified of the location where it was saved.
