Workflow

The DGSHAPE CAM workflow consists of five steps that can be selected from the menu on the right.

1. New Job: (Creates a new job.)

   Select the cutting bur set, material, and fixture.

2. Tooth Model: (Imports an object.)

   Select the object and dental prosthesis type.

3. Stock: (Selects the material.)

   Select the material to cut and mill.

4. Calculate: (Creates data for milling.)

   Calculate the toolpath and save the CNC file to the library.

5. Simulation

   Verification/Adjustment - You can use simulations to prevent problems and to understand problems that have been confirmed. To eliminate waste in terms of both time and materials, you are recommended to check the simulation in complicated cases.
