Setting the Measurement Instrument to Use

When using a measurement instrument, set the type of measurement instrument to use for For Color Charts, For Spot and Special Colors, and For Printer Color Matching measurement.
Procedure
  1. Display Preferences or Preferences.
    • Windows: From the menu bar, click Edit - Preferences.
    • Mac: Click VersaWorks 7 - Preferences on the menu bar.
  2. Click Measurement Instrument.
  3. According to the application, select the measurement instrument to use from Model of the following items.
    • For Color Charts
    • For Spot and Special Colors
    • For Printer Color Matching*1
  4. Click OK.
    The Preferences or Preferences window closes.
