Increasing Memory

With a large quantity of image data, a memory shortage may occur, which may result in processing by the RIP and output becoming slow or impossible, or prevent print data from being added to the job list. In this case, increase the amount of memory.
Procedure
  1. Display Preferences or Preferences.
    • Windows: From the menu bar, click Edit - Preferences.
    • Mac: Click VersaWorks 7 - Preferences on the menu bar.
  2. Click RIP and Print.
  3. Adjust Memory Amount.
    Drag the slider or click its left and right sides to change the amount of memory.

    The default value is 1024 MB.

  4. Click OK.
    The Preferences or Preferences window closes.
