Assigning White/Metallic Silver/Gloss/Primer to a Spot Color in Existing Print Data
Even when white ink, metallic silver ink, gloss ink, or primer is specified with a spot color name in existing print data, it cannot be recognized as a spot color if the spot color name is not the spot color name designated by Roland DG Corporation. In this case, create a new spot color library and assign the white ink, metallic silver ink, gloss ink, or primer to these spot color names.
For example, even in the case below, spot colors can be specified correctly even without making new print data.
- The print data creator assigned original names.
- Print data created for use with RIP software other than VersaWorks is used.
