Recreating a Printer Profile (Add-on)

The parameters of the color separation, table settings, etc., that are set when you create a media profile have an effect on the media profile. When, for example, you do not obtain the expected result, change these parameters and create the profile again.

Procedure
  1. Click VW7-ICON_HamburgerMenu (the hamburger menu) for the target printer in the main window.
  2. Click Media Explorer.
  3. Expand the media you have created, and then double-click the mode (such as CMYK(v)).
  4. Click Create Profile.
    A window for confirming whether to perform repeat measurement appears.
  5. Depending on whether you require repeat measurement, perform one of the following actions.
    • If you are going to change the parameters without performing repeat measurement: Click Yes.

      The parameter settings window appears. Change the parameters and create the profile again.

    • If you are going to perform repeat measurement: Click No.

      The test chart printing window appears. Refer to step 3 of 3. Creating a Printer Profile (Add-on) and perform the procedure again from the printing of the test chart.
