Press [▲] or [▼] to select "RE-ADJ".
CLEARANCE MODE Explanation "RE-ADJ" The height is readjusted and printing continues even when the object to be printed on comes into contact with the head gap sensor during printing. "CANCEL" (Default settings) Printing and setup will be canceled when the object to be printed on comes into contact with the head gap sensor during printing. - Press [ENTER] to confirm your entry.

Press [MENU], then [◀] to go back to the original screen.

After printing, "READJUST TABLE HEIGHT" is displayed if the height was automatically adjusted.

When the height is readjusted automatically and printing continues, the height setting is changed. Therefore, the print quality may be changed. Hence, proper printing requires that the object to be printed on be secured properly before printing to keep it from moving out of position or lifting up.

At the time when the height is readjusted automatically, the head gap sensor comes into contact with the object to be printed on.

Even if "RE-ADJ" is selected, printing and setup will be canceled in the following cases.

When the height reaches the maximum value (threshold) of automatic adjustment

When the object to be printed on comes into contact with the head gap sensor during automatic readjustment, even if the flat table has moved to the bottom

The maximum value (threshold) for readjustment can be set. Refer to "Determining the Maximum Value (Threshold) for Automatic Height Adjustment" for details.

When printing is canceled, "CANCELED FOR TABLE HEIGHT" or "CHECK TABLE HEIGHT" is displayed.
