Hiding the Queue Folder Identification in the Layout Window

Click VW7-ICON_Preview Image_All Jobs1, displayed in the top-right corner of the job layout area of the main window, to display previews of all the jobs in the queue folder on the selected printer.

With the initial settings, the queue folder name (A to E) is displayed in the preview image so that you can tell which queue folder is being displayed in these preview images. It can be hidden in cases such as when a part of the preview image is covered, or when multiple queue folders are not used.
Procedure
  1. Display Preferences or Preferences.
    • Windows: From the menu bar, click Edit - Preferences.
    • Mac: Click VersaWorks 7 - Preferences on the menu bar.
  2. Click General.
  3. Clear the Show Queue Identifier in Layout Window checkbox under Queue.
    This checkbox is selected by default.
  4. Click OK.
    The Preferences or Preferences window closes.
