2. Printing with Simulation Profiles (Add-on)

Simulation profiles created on a target printer (color matching source) can be used for printing on a printer to be reproduced (color matching destination).

Procedure
  1. Add the print data to the job list of the printer to be reproduced.
  2. Use one of the methods below to open the Settings window.
    • Double-click the job.
    • Right-click a job, and then click Edit Design - Settings.
    • With a job selected, click VW7_JobMenu1 on the left side of the job tool area, and then click VW7_Customize Settings.
  3. Click VW7-ICON_ColorSetting Color Management.
  4. Select Printer Color Match (Extended) for Printer Color Match Settings.
  5. Click Preset.
  6. Click the Color Match Settings for a Different Model tab.
  7. Select the profile created in 1. Creating a Simulation Profile (Add-on) and click OK.
    You are returned to the Settings window.
  8. Perform printing.
If the color matching is not satisfactory, proceed to 3. Creating a Printer Profile (Add-on).
