Step 2: Bidirectional Adjustment

  • When changing the media to use for the first time
What are bidirectional printing and bidirectional adjustment?
This machine can perform "Bidirectional Printing," which means that the print heads print when moving in both directions. Bidirectional printing offers the advantage of being able to shorten output times, but subtle misalignment occurs during the outbound and return passes. The operation to correct these misalignments is called "Bidirectional Adjustment".
