Deleting the Media

Delete the selected media from the Media Explorer window.
Procedure
  1. Select the printer from which to delete media, and then click VW7_HamburgerMenu (the hamburger menu).
  2. Click Media Explorer.
  3. Select the media to delete.
    MEMO You cannot delete media that has Genuine for Attribute.
  4. Click VW7-ICON_DustBox.
    A list of media that can be deleted is displayed in the Delete Media window. The Select checkbox for the media selected in Step 3 is selected. To delete multiple pieces of media, select their checkboxes.
  5. Click OK.
    The Delete Media window closes.
  6. Click OK.
  7. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    The media is deleted, and you are returned to the main window.
    • Click No to cancel the deletion of the media and return to the main window.
    • Click Cancel to close the confirmation window.
