Layout

Configures the settings related to the printing area and job layout. The items that can be selected vary depending on the model.

Scaling

These settings are used for printing with the job enlarged or reduced.

Default value: 100%

Enlarges or reduces the job to the specified size.

Click VW7_ICON_AspectToUnlock to change the icon to VW7_ICON_AspectToLock and enable the changing of the ratio of the image width to height.

ScaleEnlarges or reduces the job by the specified scaling factor.
Restore Original RatioReturns to the original ratio. The window for selecting the reference appears, so select Width or Height.
Reset ALLReturns to the original ratio and size.
Fit to Media SizeAutomatically enlarges or reduces the job to match the paper size set in Media Settings. The scaling factor changes depending on the job orientation specified with Orientation under Print Properties. The horizontal to vertical ratio cannot be changed.
PositionSets the job printing position.Setting the Printing Position
XThe job is moved by the specified offset in relation to the upper-left corner (origin) of the media in the preview image (the lower-right corner of the set media). X sets the right distance and Y sets the downward distance.
Y
Center on the MediaWhen using roll media, the job is moved to the horizontal center of the media. When using sheet media or standard-size media, the job is moved to the horizontal and vertical center of the media.
Print PropertiesSets the number of copies to print, print spacing, image mirror, and printing direction.
CopySets the number of copies to print.

Tile SpacingYou can set the spacing between adjacent images when tiling and printing multiple images.

Setting the Spacing from the Adjacent Image
Equal X and Y SpacingSpecifies the spacing between adjacent images. The same value is specified for the vertical and horizontal spacings.
Separate X and Y SpacingSpecifies the spacing between adjacent images. Different values are specified for the vertical and horizontal spacings.
Grid SpacingSpecifies the value that is the addition of the image size and the spacing between adjacent images. The width and height values can be specified separately.
SpacingDisplayed when Equal X and Y Spacing is selected.

Default value: 4 mm (0.16 in.)

XDisplayed when Separate X and Y Spacing is selected.

MirrorReverses the image when printing. This is set in cases such as printing on transparent media when the image will be viewed from the opposite side of the printed surface.Mirroring the Image
