Checking the Details of Updates and Updating at the Desired Time

If you configure the settings under Preventing Update Notifications, you will not be notified of software updates. Check for updates at the desired time and update the software if necessary.
Procedure
  1. From the menu bar, click Help - Check for Updates.
    • If a new version is not available, a message indicating that you are using the latest version will appear.
    • If a new version is available, the Online Update window will appear with the details of the update. Carry out the following steps to update the software.
Performing updates
  1. Click Install Update.
    The Online Update window appears, and the required data is downloaded.
  2. When the message Ready to install. appears, click Install Update.
    VersaWorks is exited, and the introductory window of the installer appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to carry out the installation.
