Creating Cutting Data
This section explains how to use illustration software (such as Adobe Illustrator) to create the cutting data.
To perform cutting, you first have to create data that contains cutting lines (the cutting data).
Two types of cuts are available, one in which the media is fully cut and one in which the media is perforated.
This section explains how to create cutting data using Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW, which are typical pieces of application software. However, this section assumes that you are already familiar with the basic operations of these pieces of application software.
