Overwriting printing settings files

Procedure
  1. Click for the queue folder that you want to use.

    The Queue Properties window appears.
  2. Click .
    IMPORTANT If conditions 1 and 2 shown below are both met, an update confirmation message will appear.
    1. The same printing settings file is loaded in multiple Queue Properties.

    2. The printing settings file is overwritten from one of the Queue Properties.

    Example: The Queue Properties of A have been changed.
    • Yes: The printing settings of all the Queue Properties that have loaded the printing settings file of A are overwritten.
    • No: Only the printing settings file of A is overwritten.
