Adjusting the Output Color of a Spot Color
If a spot color is not output as intended because the media or machine has been changed, adjust the output color of the spot color. The spot color to be adjusted can also be specified according to measurement color, spot color in the spot color library, or ink ratio.
First, print the chart of the colors nearest to the spot color used in the job or to the specified spot color. The chart can then be used to find the desired color and apply it to adjust the color to the intended output.
The applied color is registered in the Nearest Color Finder Library for reuse.
