Procedure
  1. Start the computer and log on as the "Administrator" or an "Administrators" account.

    Shut down all other programs.

    MEMO

    Only the account with "Administrators" rights that was used to install this software can use it.

  2. Access the following website on the computer where the software will be downloaded.

    https://downloadcenter.rolanddg.com/VG4-640#software

    Depending on where you live, you may be asked to complete user registration before downloading the software.

  3. Click [Roland DG Connect / Connect Hub].
  4. Click Installer / Updater[20**-**-**].
    Review the information and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files.
  5. Double-click the downloaded RolandDGConnectHub-installer.dmg file, and then double-click the RolandDGConnectHubinstaller.pkg file.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Roland DG Connect Hub.
