Changing the Settings with Batch Media Settings

This section explains how to change media settings as a batch during setup.

Procedure
  1. Tap Panel_Icon_Menu on the operation panel's home screen.
    If the home screen is not displayed, tap Panel_Icon_Home.
  2. Tap Media Settings - Batch Media Settings in sequence.
    Change the settings for Print Origin, Printing Area, Small-diameter Adapter, Nozzle Drop-out Test, and Printing Movement Range, in that order.
  3. Change the settings for Print Origin and Printing Area.

    Refer to Step 4-(2) through (5) of Determining the Print Surface Height and Printing Position to change Print Origin and Printing Area.

    When you have finished configuring the settings, tap Save and Proceed.

  4. Change the Small-diameter Adapter setting.

    Refer to Step 2-(5) of Determining the Print Surface Height and Printing Position to change the setting.

    When you have finished configuring the settings, tap Save and Proceed.
    MEMO If you want to stop after making changes up to this point, tap Save > Panel_Icon_Home.
  5. Perform Nozzle Drop-out Test.
    If a rotary axis unit is installed, the change in output start location will not be displayed. If you will not perform Printing Test and Cleaning, tap Next.

  6. Change the Printing Movement Range.

    Refer to "Speeding Up Printing for Narrow Objects to Be Printed on" in the IO-300 User's Manual to change the setting.

    When you have finished configuring the settings, tap Save and Exit.

  7. Tap Panel_Icon_Home to return to the home screen.
