Loading the Object by Pressing It against the Positioning Jig
This section explains how to place the object by pressing it against the positioning jig.
Characteristics of This Loading Method
- This method is used when any one of the sides of the object is a straight line.
If any one of the sides is straight, you can load the object by pressing that side against the positioning jig.
This method is not suitable for objects with exclusively circular, elliptical, or curvilinear outlines.
- This method is used when printing objects one by one.
This method is not suitable for printing multiple objects side by side at once.
If the objects are square or rectangular, you can print several of them by placing them close to each other.
However, even if the printed object is placed in close contact with the adjacent object without any gap, it is difficult to keep the distance between the objects exactly the same; also, the further away from the corner against which the object is pressed, the more likely the object is to be misaligned. Therefore, we do not recommend this.
