Cleaning Error

During operation, an internal pressure error was detected, and an emergency stop was executed.

Operation cannot be continued. Perform the following operations.
  1. Switch the sub power off and back on.
  2. Perform Manual Cleaning.
  3. Perform Ink Renewal Inside Damper.
  4. To verify whether the error has been resolved, re-perform the action being taken when the error occurred (printing, etc.).

    A printing test can be performed as well. If no error message appears during any of the steps, the operation is complete.

    If Cleaning Error is displayed again during steps 2 to 4, perform the following operation.

  5. Replace the print head cap.
  6. Perform steps 2 to 4.

    If an error message appears repeatedly during the operation, switch off the sub power and contact your authorized dealer.
