Procedure up to Output

This section explains the basic procedure up to printing or printing and cutting using VersaWorks.

Step	Work	Work overview
	Load the media in the printer.	For details on setting up the media, refer to the printer's user's manual. ^*1
	Enable output on the printer.	For details on setting up printing or cutting, refer to the printer's user's manual.^*1
	Prepare the print data.	The printing data to input into VersaWorks must be in one of the following file formats. PDF^*2 EPS JPEG PostScript TIFF (with/without LZW compression)
	Start VersaWorks and select the printer to use.	Selecting the Printer to Print From

^*1 The setup method varies depending on the printer. Carry out setup according to the procedure in the printer's user's manual.

^*2 PDFs are saved in artboard size, so exercise caution regarding the margins.
