2. Perform cutting.

IMPORTANT Before cutting, select the "Accept setup command" setting on the machine.

Prioritizing the Cutting Settings of the Printer Driver (or CutStudio/VersaWorks)

Procedure
  1. Click CS_042_JP.

    The Cut window appears.

  2. Click Change.

    The Cutting Setup window appears.

  3. Click Change.

    The printer driver properties window appears.

  4. Click the Cutter tab.
  5. Edit the cutting conditions ().

    Set other items () as necessary.

    Click Load to load cutting condition presets.

  6. Click OK.
    The printer driver properties window closes.
  7. In the Cutting Setup window, clear the Use perforated cutting conditions of machine check box.
    This allows values to be entered under Perforated Cutting.
  8. SetPerforation length, Perforation Force, Half-cut length, and Half-cut Force under Perforated Cutting.

    • : Perforation length
      • Length of the part that will be cut through to the carrier paper
    • : Half-cut Length
      • Length of the part to be cut up to the material while leaving the carrier paper

    Adjust the perforation force or the half-cut force according to the type of material.

  9. In the Cutting Setup window, click OK.
  10. In the Cut window, click OK.

    The data is output and cutting starts.
