Aligning Objects

This section introduces how to specify the position of an object in relation to the canvas, or how to align multiple objects with each other.

Procedure
  1. Click an object to select it.

    To select multiple objects, hold down the [SHIFT] key as you click the objects or drag the mouse to enclose all the objects.

  2. On the function toolbar, click Align.
    The operation panel is displayed on the right side of the window.
  3. Align the position(s) of the object(s).

    • When you have selected only one object:

      The object is aligned in reference to the canvas.

    • When you have selected multiple objects:

      • In Document Size: The object group is aligned in reference to the canvas.
      • In Selection: The positions of the selected objects are aligned in reference to each other. Specify Margin and click Vertical or Horizontal to align objects with spacing between them.
