2. Select the media.

Procedure
  1. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_SETUPSetup.
    The registered media is displayed in a list.

  2. Select the media name to use.
    MEMO

    • Tapping IconPen makes it possible to search the registered media by keyword.

      To reset the entered keyword, tap reset.

    • Tapping Favorite Display to the right of the media name will change the symbol to FavoriteDisplay2, and the media will be registered to Favorites.

      Tap the Favorites filter (Favorite Display) at the top of the operation panel to turn the filter on (FavoriteDisplay2) and show only favorited media.

      Tap FavoriteDisplay2 to turn the Favorites filter off.

      Tap reset to turn the Favorites filter off (Favorite Display) and reset all keywords.

    • Keyword searching and the Favorites filter can be used at the same time.
  3. Tap Next.
  4. The Sheet Settings screen appears. Configure the settings as shown below depending on the media.
    • For opaque media
      1. Tap Side Margin to set the margin.

        You can select 5 mm (0.2 in.), 10 mm (0.39 in.), or 25 mm (0.98 in.).

      2. Tap OK.
    • For transparent media, etc.
      • Sheet Width setting
        1. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_EDIT to the right of Sheet Width.
        2. Enter the sheet width and tap OK.
      • Sheet Right Edge setting
        1. Tap Change to the right of Sheet Right Edge.
        2. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_LEFT or AP-640_Panel_Icon_RIGHT to move the carriage's base point mark to the right edge of the media, and then tap OK.
      • Side Margin setting
        1. Tap Side Margin to set the margin.

          You can select 5 mm (0.2 in.), 10 mm (0.39 in.), or 25 mm (0.98 in.).

        2. Tap OK.
  5. The Setup Method screen appears. Select whether to use the take-up unit.
  6. Tap Start Setup.
