Configuring Hot Folder Settings for Summa GoSign

Configure the settings so that Summa data is saved to the hot folder when the OPOS mark is output. Use Summa GoSign to set the way that the saved data is used.

Procedure
  1. Create a folder on the LAN network for the same computer on which VersaWorks has been installed.
  2. Display Preferences or Preferences.
    • Windows: From the menu bar, click Edit - Preferences.
    • Mac: Click VersaWorks 7 - Preferences on the menu bar.
  3. Click Linking.
  4. Click ... under Summa GoSign.
    A window for selecting a folder appears.
  5. Specify the hot folder.
    Select the folder you created in step 1.
  6. Click OK.
    You are returned to the main window.
