Customizing the Display of the Job Settings and Queue Properties Tabs
You can show/hide or reorder the Job Settings and Queue Properties tabs (Layout, Quality, etc.) for each registered printer. The display can be customized, such as by reordering the tabs in order of the frequency of use, or hiding tabs that are not changed or used.
When set with Job Settings or with Queue Properties, it is applied to all queue folders and jobs for that printer.

Select the printer to set, and then open the Job Settings or Queue Properties tab.

Job Settings
- Double-click the job.
- Right-click a job, and then click .
- Click
on the left side of the job tool area, and then click
Job Settings .
- Queue Properties: Click
for the queue folder.

Click
Customize.
The Tab Display Settings window appears.

Follow the procedure below to customize the display of the printing setting tabs.
- Hiding printing setting tabs

Select the target tab from the Tabs to Show and Their Order list, and then click
.
The target tab is moved to Tabs to Hide.

To return to Tabs to Show and Their Order, select the target tab and click
.
The target tab is moved to the bottom of Tabs to Show and Their Order.

- Changing the order of the printing setting tabs
Select the target tab from the Tabs to Show and Their Order list, and then click Move Up or Move Down to change the order.
- Hiding tab names
Unselect the Show Labels checkbox.

Click OK.
You are returned to the Job Settings or Queue Properties window.

Click OK.
You are returned to the main window.
