Setting the Number of Simultaneous RIP Processing Operations

When multiple printers are connected to VersaWorks, you can set the number of RIP processing operations to perform simultaneously.

For example, if there are three jobs that you want to perform RIP processing on, specifying 2 allows for simultaneous RIP processing on two of the three jobs. Up to two jobs can be selected as the maximum number of concurrent RIP processes when there are two printers registered, and up to four jobs can be selected when there are four such printers. When the default value for the number of connected printers is 1, the number is one. When it is 2 to 4, the number is two. When a large number is set, the amount of computer CPU usage and memory usage increase.
