Duplicating Jobs

Duplicate the selected job to create a job with the same settings. For example, this feature allows you to create a job whose settings can be changed without changing the original job, such as when you want to change some settings of a job in the list of previously printed jobs and then print the changed job.
Procedure
  1. From the job list, select the job or job group that you want to duplicate.
  2. Use one of the methods below to perform Duplicate Job.
    • Right-click, and then click Edit Design - Duplicate Job.
    • Click VW7_JobMenu1 on the left side of the job tool area, and then click VW7-ICON_Job duplication Duplicate Job.
    MEMO If you select multiple jobs and perform Duplicate Job, you can duplicate up to 20 jobs with a single operation. However, duplicating may take a long time if there are multiple jobs in the same queue folder.

    The duplicate job is added at the bottom of the job list with the name "job name + copy."

    If you selected a job within a job group, the duplicate job is added at the bottom of the list within the job group.

  3. If necessary, rename the job.
    Use one of the methods below to open the Rename screen and rename the job.
    • Right-click, and then click Edit Design - Rename.
    • Click VW7_JobMenu1 on the left side of the job tool area, and then click VW7-ICON_Name Change Rename.
  4. Click OK.
    The Rename window closes.
