Additional Functions Cannot Be Used

Check that:
  • VersaWorks is the latest version.
  • Link with External Application under Edit - Preferences - Linking is on.
  • VersaWorks has been restarted after the additional function was purchased.
  • The purchased additional function is enabled when you log in to the Roland DG Connect website.
  • Connect Hub is running and you are logged in.
    IMPORTANT If you remain disconnected from the Internet and Connect Hub is not running, the additional function will become unusable.
