Spot Color Settings A list of the preset spot color library names (Roland spot colors, DIC, TOYO, PANTONE). Preferences This is composed of 5 tabs (General, Measurement Instrument, Roland@NET, Multiple Printer Support, and Linking), and configures settings for the entire application.
General Configures general settings such as Language and Unit and Preview.
Language and Unit You can set the language and unit to display in VersaWorks. After the language is changed, you have to restart VersaWorks. Setting the Language, Font Size, and Unit
Language Select the display language from [English], [Chinese_Simplified], [Chinese_Traditional], [French], [German], [Italian], [Japanese], [Korean], [Portuguese], [Spanish], [Russian], [Turkish], or [Arabic].
Unit Select the display units from [mm], [cm], or [inch].

Enable Monitor Proofing When this check box is selected, the colors in the preview display will be closer to those in the printed materials.
RGB Profile Use the [AdobeRGB1998.icc], [Roland_SignRGB.icc], [sRGB Color Space Profile.icm], and [Roland_DG_WideGamut_RGB.icc] RGB profiles to display the preview with colors that closely approximate the actual output colors.

Print Options Sets the print count and the warning when the amount of remaining ink is low.

For Color Charts

Specifies the model to use when creating and registering new media.

Select from [X-Rite i1Pro / Pro 2 / Pro 3], [X-Rite i1Pro 3 Plus], [X-Rite i1iO / iO 2 / iO 3], [X-Rite i1iO 3 Plus], [X-Rite i1iSis], [Barbieri Spectro LFP qb], and [Barbieri Spectro pad].

For Spot and Special Colors

Specifies the model to use when creating or adjusting a spot color or special color to reproduce the desired color.

Select from [X-Rite i1Pro / Pro 2 / Pro 3], [X-Rite i1Pro 3 Plus], [Barbieri Spectro LFP qb Spectral unit], and [Barbieri Spectro pad].

For Printer Color Matching

Specifies the model to use for the printer color match function that matches output colors which are slightly different with each printer.

Select either Use For Color Charts or [VW-S1].

Roland@NET Sets the software update method.

Only for the Current Printer Model in Use Select this check box to update the data for the printer model that you are currently using and for all ink configurations supported by this model.

Multiple Printer Support Sets the job display and the number of printers where output will be performed simultaneously.
Layout Window Settings Displays the jobs for all registered printers in the job list and layout window. Select Show Jobs for Selected Printer Only if the monitor is small and hard to see.
