Saving Printing Settings Files with a New File Name

Procedure
  1. Click for the queue folder that will be the target for the save operation.

    The Queue Properties window appears.
  2. Click .
    The Save Printing Settings File window appears.
  3. Enter the desired name in File Name.
  4. Click OK.
    You are returned to the Queue Properties window. The file name that you entered in step 3 is displayed at the top of the window.
    IMPORTANT: If the name of the printing settings file is not displayed, the printing settings of the [Queue Properties] window have not been saved to the printing settings file.
