About Queue Properties and Job Settings
There are two windows for configuring advanced print settings: the Queue Properties window for setting on the queue folder, and the Job Settings window for setting on the job.
Basic usage of these windows is as follows.
Configure various settings on the queue folder in advance. After you configure the settings, enter the print data and apply the queue folder settings.
Change each print data as necessary in Job Settings. However, when the procedure is reversed, it is necessary to Clear.
For example, after setting the number of copies to 3 in the job settings for print data "A," you set the number of copies to 2 in the queue folder for that print data. In this case, printing print data "A" will result in 3 copies being printed. To apply the queue folder settings set later to print data A, configure Job Settings for print data A.
