Setting the Spacing between Adjacent Images

You can set the spacing between adjacent images when tiling and printing multiple images. This setting can be made on the job or on the queue folder.
Procedure
  1. Perform the operation shown below according to what is being set.
    • Job: Double-click the job to open the Job Settings window.
    • Queue folder: Click for the queue folder to open the Queue Properties window.
  2. Click .
  3. Specify Tile Spacing and the values.
    IMPORTANT The items that can be selected vary depending on the printer.
    • Equal X and Y Spacing

      Specifies the Spacing between adjacent images. The same vertical and horizontal Spacing (A) can be specified.

    • Separate X and Y Spacing

      Specifies the spacing between adjacent images. The X (B) and Y (C) values can be specified separately.

    • Grid Spacing

      Specifies the value that is the addition of the image size and the spacing between adjacent images. The W (D) and H (E) values can be specified separately.

  4. Click OK.
    • Any changes made in Job Settings will be applied.
    • When changes are made in Queue Properties:
      1. A message that printing settings will be overwritten appears. Click Yes.
      2. To apply the changes to a job already in the queue folder, select the job and click 1_2_2_4_clear_a. The changes are reflected in the layout area of the top window.
