Setting Processing after Printing Is Completed
This section explains how to process a job after printing is completed.
- Save Job
Jobs will be saved after printing finishes.
- Delete RIP Data
All intermediate data such as the data processed by the RIP will be deleted, but the job will remain in the job list.
- Delete Job
Jobs will be deleted completely and will be deleted from the job list.

Click for the queue folder that you want to use.
The Queue Properties window appears.
- Click .
- From the Action After Printing list, select one of the following settings:
Save Job The data processed by the RIP is kept, so you can print the job again without having to process it by the RIP. However, as more jobs are added to the job list, finding jobs involves more effort.
Delete RIP Data To print the job again, you will have to process it by the RIP again.
VersaWorks will have less data capacity than if Save Job is used, but the number of jobs in the job list will increase.
Delete Job When the output is finished, the job is deleted and the queue folder is emptied. To print the job again, the print data must be saved separately.
- Click OK.
- Add the jobs to the job list.
- Start printing.After the job is printed, the set process is performed automatically.MEMO If you want to change the settings so that they are different for different jobs, you can add them to the job list and then change them in the Job Settings window.
