Changing the Order in Which Jobs Are Output

This section explains how to change the order of the jobs in the job list, thereby changing the order in which jobs are printed. This makes it possible to print jobs with a higher urgency first and to output jobs with the printing order in mind when repeatedly printing multiple jobs.

You cannot include in a grouped job other jobs from outside the group.

Change the order of jobs in the same queue folder. You cannot:

  • Move jobs to different job lists.

  • Move jobs to different printers.

Procedure
  1. Drag jobs in the job list to move them up and down in the order.
  2. To print in the job list order, select all the jobs in the list and click .
    Printing is performed from the job at the top of the job list.
