Mail Tab

Settings on this tab can be configured so that a notification email is sent when milling finishes, when an error occurs, or when maintenance is complete. When multiple machines are connected, the settings are applied to all of the machines.

Select the Use mail notification check box to enter each item.

MEMO You can use this function by signing in to DGSHAPE CLOUD with a DGSHAPE account. Click Sign in on the DGSHAPE CLOUD tab to sign in to DGSHAPE CLOUD before configuring the settings.

After changing the settings, click OK to save the changes and close the Settings window.

Receiver address
Click Add, and then register a receiver's email address.
You can select a registered email address and click Icon_VPanel_MillingBur_Edit to edit this receiver's email address.
MEMO

Click Send test in the Add an email address or Edit an email address window to send a test email to the entered address. If the email is received, the configuration of the settings is complete.

If the sending of the email fails, the message "The email could not be sent." will be displayed. Check the content in the input fields again.

Notification timing
Select the times that email will be sent.
IMPORTANT
  • It may be impossible to send emails because of the settings of software such as security software. If emails cannot be sent, check the settings of the security software being used as anti-virus software or for a similar purpose.
