Ink Cartridges

Ink cartridges come in various types.

• Use a type that is compatible with the printer. Also, be sure to use only genuine items from Roland DG Corporation.

Never allow an ink cartridge to be subjected to impact, and never attempt to disassemble.

• Never drop the ink cartridges or shake them forcefully. The impact may rupture the internal pouches and cause the ink to leak.

• Never attempt to disassemble.

• Never attempt to refill the ink.

• If ink gets on your hands or clothing, wash it off as soon as possible. Removal may become difficult if you leave such adhered ink untreated.

Storage

• Store ink pouches unopened in a well-ventilated location at a temperature of 10°C (50°F) or higher and less than 40°C (104°F) and avoid direct sunlight. However, do not store the ink cartridges for a prolonged period of time in low or high temperature environments.

• Use up the ink before the expiration date printed on the ink cartridge.
