2. Make adjustments according to the new blade.

Procedure
  1. Load the media.
  2. Tap VG3_Panel_Icon_MOVE-POSITIONMove.
  3. Hold down AP-640_Panel_Icon_UP, AP-640_Panel_Icon_DOWN, AP-640_Panel_Icon_LEFT, or AP-640_Panel_Icon_RIGHT to move the cutting carriage to the location where you want to carry out the cutting test.
    You can freely set the location for the cutting test.
  4. Tap Set Base Point Here.
    You are returned to the home screen.
  5. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_MENU.
  6. Tap Media Settings - Cutting Settings - Blade Adjustment.
  7. Tap Execute next to Cutting Test.
    The test pattern is cut.
  8. Check the results of the cutting test.

  9. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_MINUS or AP-640_Panel_Icon_PLUS to change the settings.

    Blade Offset

    Set the blade offset. Enter the listed offset value for the blade.

  10. Press Save to confirm your entry.
  11. Repeatedly perform the cutting test and adjust the cutting conditions until the settings are optimized.
    Repeat steps 8 to 11 to adjust the cutting conditions.
  12. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_HOME to go back to the original screen.
