Start and stop the service that saves print data delivered from PAM-Web into the RIP input monitoring folder (Hot Folder).
Current Status

Displays the service operation status.

Running: Service is operating.

Stopped: Service is stopped.
Start

Starts the service which transfers print data received from PAM-Web to the specified Hot Folder.

Displayed when "Current Status" is "Stopped."
Reboot

Restarts the service which transfers print data received from PAM-Web to the specified Hot Folder.

If the print data is not delivered to the specified RIP even though the print data was output from PAM-Web, check the following items.

  • Is the service stopped? If it is stopped, click Start and restart the service.
  • Are the input Hot Folder that is set for the RIP you are using the same as the Hot Folder that was set on the Hot Folders tab? If they are different, set the same folder.
  • Has the output destination that was registered in VersaWorks been applied to Output Manager? If it has not been applied, click Refresh on the RIP tab to update it.
  • Has the correct Output Preset been selected? Check the PAM-Web Output Preset.

Displayed when "Current Status" is "Running."
Stop

Stops the service which transfers print data received from PAM-Web to the specified Hot Folder.

When clicked, "Current Status" changes to "Stopped."

Displayed when "Current Status" is "Running."
