Unable to Log in to PAM
Check for any errors in the PAM login ID and password. Log in using a PAM account and password, not Roland DG Connect. Except for key accounts which have concluded a Premium Plan contract, you cannot log in to PAM using a Roland DG Connect account.
If there is a mistake in the login ID or password, contact the PAM administrator.
It is possible that the Roland DG Connect Premium plan contract has expired. In this case, please contact a person who has a key account that has concluded a Premium Plan contract.
