Unable to Load Order Data into PAM

Is the file format of the order data saved by the e-commerce system the one that can be loaded by PAM?

The file formats which can be loaded by PAM are PDF, JPEG, and PNG. Be aware that other file formats cannot be loaded.

Is the save folder for the e-commerce system files the same as the folder selected with Input Manager?

If the files are saved in a different folder, either change the e-commerce system save folder or change the Input Manager monitor folder.
