Changing the Printing Test Printing Position

When performing printing tests successively, you can select Feed (vertical printing), Scan (horizontal printing), or None (same location printing) as the printing position for the second and later tests in comparison to the first test.
MEMO

This setting changes the printing test position for the nozzle drop-out test. The printing test position for the nozzle mask test is not changed.

Procedure
  1. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_MENU.
  2. Tap Preferences - Printing Test Position.
  3. Select the printing test position.

    When performing printing tests successively, the second and subsequent printing positions are printed vertically in relation to the first printing position.
    Scan

    When performing printing tests successively, the second and subsequent printing positions are printed at the same position as the first printing position.
    None

    When performing printing tests successively, the second and subsequent printing positions are printed at the same position as the first printing position.

    When performing the second or subsequent printing tests, replace the object.

  4. Tap Save to confirm your entry.
  5. Tap AP-640_Panel_Icon_HOME to return to the home screen.
