Is [Warning Overtravel X] displayed for [TS:ALARM]?

When the printer unit exceeds the control area of the transporter, the machine displays the Warning Overtravel X error on the touch panel and stops operation.

This error appears due to operations of the touch panel and operation panel but also appears when the maximum printing area is reached during the output of the sent print data.

Use the following procedure to clear the error, correct the print data so it fits within the printing area, and then send this data again.

If Warning Overtravel X appears when you tap TP_bt_ALARM, perform the following operations to clear this error.

When a negative value is displayed for TP_vw_Pos-X [TS : X] on the touch panel:

Tap [TS : BACK] to move the printer unit to the back, and then tap TP_bt_RESET [TS : RESET].

When a non-negative value is displayed for TP_vw_Pos-X [TS : X] on the touch panel:

Tap [TS : FRONT] to move the printer unit to the front, and then tap TP_bt_RESET [TS : RESET].

MEMO Press [TS : RESET] on the touch panel to stop the warning beep.
