Setting the Date and Time

Setting the date and time on the printer makes it possible to use the start timer, which turns on the sub power.
  1. Press FUNCTION.
  2. Press ▼ to display the screen shown below.


  3. Press ▶, ▼ or ▶ to display the screen shown below.


    1. Press ▲ or ▼ to set the year.
    2. Press ▶.
    3. Press ▲ or ▼ to set the month.
    4. Press ▶.
    5. Press ▲ or ▼ to set the day.
      The number with the cursor (underline) is the one being set. You can use ◀ and ▶ to switch between the year, month, and day.
  4. Press ENTER to confirm your entry.
  5. Press ▼ or ▶ to display the screen shown below.


    1. Press ▲ or ▼ to set the hour.
    2. Press ▶.
    3. Press ▲ or ▼ to set the minute.
    4. Press ▶.
    5. Press ▲ or ▼ to set the second.
      The number with the cursor (underline) is the one being set. You can use ◀ and ▶ to switch between the hour, minute, and second.
  6. Press ENTER to confirm your entry.
  7. Press MENU, then ◀ to go back to the original screen.
