Re-installing the Driver (Windows 11)

Procedure
  1. Delete the existing driver.
    1. Open Control Panel, and then open Devices and Printers.
    2. Open the [Printers & Scanners] window with a list of registered printers.
    3. Open the GS2-24 driver.
    4. Click Remove.
  2. Restart Windows.
  3. Uninstall the driver according to the procedure below.

  4. Start the installation from the beginning according to the procedure below.
