Expanding the Cutting Area

Extending the cutting area allows for maximum material usage.
Procedure
  1. Press [MISC].
    If material is loaded, press [ON/OFF LINE] to switch to offline mode.
  2. Press [▶] several times to display the screen shown below.

  3. Press [ENTER].

    The current setting is displayed.

  4. Press [▲] or [▼] to select the mode of extension.
    NORMAL
    MENU_Paper_NoexpandXY
    		 Do not extend the length (X direction) or width (Y direction)
    Length Expanded Mode
    MENU_Paper_ExpandX
    		 Extend the length (X direction)
    Width Expanded Mode
    MENU_Paper_ExpandY
    		 Extend the width (Y direction)
    Both Expanded Mode
    MENU_Paper_ExpandXY
    		 Extend both the length (X direction) and width (Y direction)
  5. Press [ENTER] to confirm your entry.

    The screen shown below appears. If material is loaded, the size must be measured again. Raise the lever and measure the material.
